Danish Government International Engineering Scholarships in Denmark 2020

The Danish Government through the University of Denmark is pleased to offer Engineering scholarships to International students of the highest quality who are interested in pursuing a degree program in Denmark.

This scholarship award program is backed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science – to certain candidates in recognition of the vital investment that overseas candidates make during their studies.

Eligible Nations: Applicants from a non-EU/EEA nation applying for one of the eligible Engineering Master’s program in Sønderborg (program commence in autumn) and be qualified to pay tuition fees.

Value of Danish Government International Engineering Scholarships: The scholarship award comprises two parts: a full tuition fee waiver and a stipend, to help cover living expenses amounting to DKK 3000 each month before taxes.

Eligibility for Danish Government International Engineering Scholarships

  • Candidates are required to be from a non-EU/EEA nation applying for one of the following Engineering Master’s program in Sønderborg (program commence in autumn) and be qualified to pay tuition fees
  • Applicants must be fluent in the English Language

The scholarship awards will be granted to the most qualified of the eligible candidates. All eligible candidates who are offered admission will automatically be given consideration for the scholarship.

Note: The Faculty of Engineering has the authority to award well-qualified applicants for other programs for a scholarship award as well.

The best-qualified applicants based on points will be granted the scholarship award. Please check under the section “Entry requirements” for the individual program. All documentation is required to be available before the application closing date, to ensure that they can process your application.
