ICSP Scholarships at University of Oregon in USA 2021
Foreign students who display financial need and extraordinary merit may submit an application for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). The ICSP scholarship award has a cultural service element that requires candidates to give presentations about their home nation to children, community groups, and UO students, faculty, and staff.

Scholarship value/inclusions/duration:
Tuition-waiver scholarship award ranging from 0 – 15 non-resident academic credits each term. The scholarship amount will remain consistent each term. ICSP students agree to engage in 80 hours each year of cultural service as expected by the program. Cultural service can comprise speaking or giving presentations to schools or community organizations about the heritage and culture of your nation or taking part in international events on campus.

Eligibility for ICSP Scholarships at University of Oregon
- Candidates should be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the UO by 15 January 2021.
- Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
- Candidates have to display financial need and satisfy the minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA prerequisite.
ICSP students agree to engage in 80 hours each year of cultural service as expected by the program.
