  • have achieved a minimum of 2.1 or equivalent in your honors degree and must meet the English and academic entry requirements for your course (Postgraduate Applicants).
  • have excellent results from the previous educational program.
  • be able to pay any additional fees your course may require, for example, field trips and tuition fees for subsequent years of study
  • (undergraduate only) – required to meet the English language and academic entry criteria for the program
  • be completely self-funding your studies. This means that you are not getting any funding for your education from an external source like a government, a scholarship benefactor, a company or an employer

You are not qualified to apply if you

  • have already commenced the program for which you are applying for a scholarship award
  • have formerly been awarded Transform Together scholarships for a course at the same level of study
  • are getting full or partial funding for your education from a sponsor or other scholarship benefactor
  • are applying to study a Sheffield Hallam program at a partner institution outside the United Kingdom
  • possess an offer for one of the school’s International Foundation Programs. You can apply for a scholarship award for the program that you will progress onto following successful conclusion of the Foundation Program
  • do not possess an offer of a place on a program at Sheffield Hallam University. They strongly advise candidates to accept their offer as the school reserves the right to only consider candidates for a scholarship award if they have accepted an offer for their program of study
