About the University of Exeter and Scholarship

Exeter, Devon, England, United Kingdom, is home to the public research institution known as the University of Exeter. St Luke’s College, Exeter School of Science, Exeter School of Art, and Camborne School of Mines, which were its predecessor schools, were founded in 1838, 1855, 1863, and 1888, respectively. After gaining their royal charters in 1955, these institutions subsequently merged to establish the University of Exeter. The University of Exeter is referred to in post-nominals as Exon. (from the Latin Exoniensis), and this suffix is applied to both academic and honorary degrees from the institution.

The university has four campuses: Streatham and St. Luke’s in Exeter; Truro and Penryn in Cornwall; and Penryn and Truro in Exeter. The university’s primary location is in Exeter, Devon, where it serves as the major center for higher learning. Many of the university’s administrative buildings are located on Streatham, which is the school’s main campus. The Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC) project maintains the Penryn campus in collaboration with Falmouth University. University of Exeter Postgraduate Taught Scholarships – Eligibility Criteria

However, candidates need largely fulfill the following qualifying requirements. The requirements for the various scholarship programs vary.

  • The applicant must already hold an offer for an applicable full-time Postgraduate taught degree at the University of Exeter, starting in September, and must be categorized as an international student for tuition reasons (including any EU students obliged to pay international fees).

  • Scholarship awardees are chosen according to:
