The New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) is a community college with campuses in Woodstock, Moncton, Miramichi, Saint John, St. Andrews, and Fredericton, where it has its main administrative offices. Over 90 programs are provided by New Brunswick Community College, which has six campuses, First Nations locations, and regional delivery sites spread across the province.
With the promulgation of the New Brunswick Community Colleges Act on May 29, 2010, New Brunswick Community College started using a self-governance model. The action made NBCC an independent Crown Corporation with an elected Board of Governors as the college’s reporting body.
The New Brunswick Community College offers over 90 regular programs in 18 different areas, as well as further training in numerous apprentice-able skills for both corporate customers and individual students through part-time courses. The Atlantic Colleges Tourism Education Consortia (ACTEC), which featured officials from post-secondary education institutions from the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, was founded with the help of New Brunswick Community College as one of its founding members. New Brunswick Community College students studying tourism have access to cross-institutional learning opportunities through ACTEC, as well as opportunities for professional growth for industry employees and professors.
The NBCC Foundation Awards for international applicants in Canada for the academic year 2023 have been announced by New Brunswick Community College. International students who desire to apply for undergraduate and graduate degree programs are the target audience for the program.

Eligibility Criteria for New Brunswick Community College NBCC Foundation Awards
Applicants are advised to meet the following conditions to be eligible for the NBCC Foundation Awards at the New Brunswick Community College:
- All nationalities are eligible.
- All undergraduate and graduate programs offered at NBCC are open to applicants for all qualified courses and subjects.
- Eligibility Requirements: The candidates must be NBCC full-time students.
- Admission Requirements: To be accepted to NBCC, candidates must have submitted valid, required documentation and possess suitable educational certification for the applied program.
- The candidates must get the specified minimum marks on the following English language proficiency exams:
IELTS – 6.0
TOEFL IBT – 80
DET – 100
Cambridge English – 169
CAE – 60
The Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees – 4.5
PTE Academic – 65
