About ServiceScape and Scholarship
The Servicescape model was developed by Booms and Bitner to emphasize the significance of the physical setting in which a service operation is conducted. The purpose of the servicescapes model is to describe how people behave in service settings so that surroundings may be designed that do not support organizational objectives in terms of eliciting appropriate behavioral reactions. When customers enter a service or retail location, the service environment is the first component of the experience they get and is when they are most likely to make opinions about the quality of the service they will receive.
All Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in academic subjects are eligible for the ServiceScape Scholarship 2023. By 30 November 2023, your application must be received. This Scholarship, worth $1,000 only for tuition, is offered by ServiceScape. You must be a citizen to apply for this prize. For the educational certification or degree program of the student’s choosing, a payment of $1,000 is required.

Eligibility Criteria for ServiceScape Scholarship
Applicants are advised to meet the following conditions to be eligible for the ServiceScape Scholarship:
- The tournament is open to students who are enrolled in or plan to enroll in an authorized college, university, or trade school in 2023.
- The candidate must successfully apply and be at least 18 years old.
- Each competitor is only allowed to submit one submission.
- Contestants’ applications must be prepared in English.
- The quality of the contestants’ writing will be considered in the evaluation. All decisions are final. When a winner is chosen, non-winning submissions will be removed, and competitors will retain full ownership of the material they submit.
