Eligibility Criteria for Fellowships in Modelling of Wetland Biogeochemistry
Candidates are advised to meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Fellowships in Modelling of Wetland Biogeochemistry at the University of Copenhagen:
- Eligible Nations: Every nationality
- Acceptable Subjects or Courses: PhD program in Wetland Biogeochemistry
- Admissible Standards: You must have finished a degree program that is comparable to a Danish master’s degree (180 ECTS/3 FTE BSc + 120 ECTS/2 FTE MSc) in the project’s field of study to be eligible for the standard Ph.D. program.
An MSc in geography, environmental sciences, ecology, or a closely related field is required for applicants. A person with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is extremely driven and ambitious is what they are looking for. It is necessary to be proficient in both spoken and written English. Experience with process-based ecosystem modeling and the analysis of huge data sets is deemed advantageous.
- Candidates must meet the official standards of the Ph.D. program to be admitted.
- Language Requirement: An exceptional IELTS or TOEFL score might serve as proof of one’s proficiency in English.
