The main requirement for growth in every nation is an infrastructure network that has been carefully developed. Internationally, there is an urgent need for experts who can oversee the conception, planning, and construction of infrastructure facilities for transportation, water, and waste management on both an urban and regional level while integrating economic, social, and ecological management aspects.

Since 1983, the University of Stuttgart’s Master’s curriculum in Infrastructure Planning has offered a well-regarded M.Sc. curriculum worldwide. The curriculum focuses on an integrated approach to planning and pairs civil engineers with students having a background in architecture or urban planning from their undergraduate studies. Additionally, the curriculum gives students the knowledge and abilities they need to design, assess, and carry out extensive, complex infrastructure projects that are up to the demands of the twenty-first century.
