The eligible studies encompass a range of pathways, including honors study, postgraduate coursework, research projects, bridging programs, or other educational endeavors necessary for the applicant to meet the prerequisites for a research higher degree program.

The awardee of this scholarship is expected to demonstrate not only academic potential but also the unique challenges they have faced, whether due to the lack of suitable educational pathways or financial hardships that may have impeded their academic journey. By addressing these challenges head-on, the Research Preparation Scholarship for Indigenous Students embodies Flinders University’s commitment to fostering inclusivity, providing tailored support, and paving the way for promising individuals to pursue advanced research degrees.
