Eligibility Criteria for Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarships
Candidates are advised to meet the following conditions to be eligible for Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarships at Bucerius Law School:
- Countries Eligible: Applications from any nation are welcome.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The institution offers scholarships for its Master of Business and Law programs.
- Requirements for Admittance: Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Young professionals with exceptional academic achievement in a business-related degree or demonstrated accomplishment in a business role.
- Applying to Bucerius Law School’s Master of Law and Business (MLB/LLM) program.
- Comply with the prerequisites for admission to Bucerius Law School’s Master of Law and Business program.
- Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English must typically show that they are proficient in the language at the higher level that the university requires.
Selection Criteria
Those who would like to apply for this scholarship should:
- Meet the admission requirements of the Master of Law and Business Program.
- Possess expertise in a business-related role (by coursework or professional experience)
- Possess a track record of outstanding academic achievement
- Give a detailed justification of their scholarship application.
Selection Procedure
The independent selection committee comprised of the following individuals will pick the Bucerius Business Excellence Scholar:
- Bucerius Faculty,
- Administrative staff, and
- Bucerius alumni
At the end of February, the scholarship recipients will be informed of their decisions.
If an applicant is not chosen for a Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarship, they will automatically be considered for other financial opportunities.

- FINISH APPLYING FOR THE PROGRAMME OF MASTER OF LAW AND BUSINESS
Create an account on the Bucerius Master of Law and Business Application Portal and send in your application by January 15th.
- SEND IN YOUR LETTER OF MOTIVATION FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
By January 15th, please fill out the Scholarship Application Form and attach a motivation letter (about 1000 words) outlining your objectives, aspirations, credentials, and reasons for applying.
