Fully Funded OKP Netherlands Government Scholarship in the Netherlands is open for International Students. The scholarship allows the recipient to pursue Masters or certification course-level programs in any of the subjects offered by the Dutch Ministry at Dutch universities. 

The OKP Netherlands Government Scholarship for 2023–2024 is now accepting applications. As part of the Free Study in Holland plan, the Dutch Ministry has developed the Orange Knowledge Scholarship (OKP) program. This program offers overseas students the chance to study for a Master’s degree or a short course in the Netherlands. All expenditures for the chosen international students are covered by the OKP Scholarships, which are completely financed. 


For master’s degree programs in the Netherlands, the fully supported scholarship’s duration runs from 12 to 24 months; for short courses, it extends from 2 weeks to 12 months.
