Benefits
The University of Sydney will give the chosen applicants $29,507 per year toward the applied Ph.D. program for up to three years.
- A successful candidate for a Master’s by research could take up to 1.75 years.

Eligibility for Scholarships in Stem Cell Biology
- Nationalities of all countries are eligible.
- Acceptable Subjects or Courses: Ph.D. Scholarships in Stem Cell Biology are available to applicants.
- Qualification Standards: The applicants must fulfill all the requirements listed below to be considered for scholarships in stem cell biology:
- Possess an unconditional offer of admission for full-time study or be enrolled in a Master by Research (M.Res.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Science.
- A readiness to engage in stem cell biology research
- Preferably with a concentration on cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology, hold at least one Honours degree (First Class) or Masters degree with a significant research component, or an equivalent degree.
