Eligibility Criteria for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program
Applicants are advised to meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program:
- Candidates must be enrolled full-time in undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs in a Hungarian university.
- Candidates need to be sure the programs they have selected are appropriate for their field of study.
- To be admitted into an undergraduate program at a university in Hungary, applicants for the undergraduate scholarship must have earned the necessary high school diplomas.
- To be admitted into the appropriate programs, applicants for the Ph.D. and Masters programs must have earned the appropriate bachelor’s and master’s degree certifications, respectively.
- It is important for candidates for the PhD studies funding to remember to locate a supervisor.
