Supervised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and meticulously managed by the Tempus Public Foundation, the Stipendium Hungaricum program serves as a testament to Hungary’s commitment to the continuous development and internationalization of its higher education system. The program has two-fold objectives: first, to fortify the international relations within the academic and research community, and second, to enhance the global standing and competitiveness of Hungarian higher education.

This scholarship program is strategically designed to attract top-tier international students from various corners of the globe. By providing them with the opportunity to pursue high-quality education in Hungary, the program seeks to create a platform for these students to establish meaningful personal and professional connections within the heart of Europe.
